I think I'm going to switch to FiOS. Wife wasn't onboard (she's old school and didn't want a new channel lineup/numbers) but saving $100+/- per month is worth it.

I spruced up the list a little...

For me Metronet Inc. Fiber (similar to FIOS up to 2Gb/s speeds)  Although a little cheaper than the old FIOS rates before Frontier took over around here.

For TV I have DirecTV.

Internet I don't have many wired options. It's either Cable from Armstrong (local cable company) or slow ass DSL from ATT. Im using Armstrong.

Those are the only two options I have.

Thanks for the reply.

It's either Verizon or Comcast. We won't switch to satellite.

Not for me...  :D :D

It may take it a second to start to connect to somewhere, but once started it is night and day faster over cable modem.

Mine is fine with 150 dl. Comcast. When I download a game from blizzard, EA they all limit my dl speed anyhow. What benefits me is the speed for my tv (wireless)more than anything. Or my Wii U (wireless)
